No, the package will arrive in a secure plain box with no outside markings or branding.
Does it show anywhere on my bill that I bought this type of product?

I haven't received my order yet how do I track it?

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order please use our support email and request a cancellation referencing your order number. Please note that your order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.
How can I add additional products to my order after receiving the confirmation email?
We are unable to add any items to existing orders. To cancel your order or remove some items from your order please use our support email and reference your order number.
How do I request a refund?

I haven't received my refund yet when should it show up on my statement?
Credit card refunds will appear on your statement in the next billing cycle or in the case of online banking, should appear in your account within 10 business days. Please refer to our Return Policy.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
Some computers do not accept our emails due to the nature of our business. If you want your order ID and more information on your order you may submit a request via our support email.
How do I get a tracking number for my package?
Your order tracking number and tracking information for your package will be sent via email once shipped after you receive your order confirmation. If you do not receive one, please email our support email.

Do you refund shipping charges?
We refund shipping charges in the following cases:
- We ship an incorrect product.
- We ship a broken or defective product.
- The carrier damages a product during shipping.
If we do re-ship a product in these cases, we do not add another shipping charge.
